A wonderful Mid-Century Modernist French four-light chandelier, in-the-manner-of Maison Arlus and dating from circa 1950s. The lamp consists of brass and black lacquered metal and has 4 cased-glass opaline globes.
In working order, with its original wiring, the chandelier is in good vintage condition with marks and patina commensurate with 70+ years of age and careful use. The glass globes are all in good condition too, though they all have expected fleabites and chips to the aperture rims (not visible), and there are some faint marks left from the internal mounting springs on the open side of the glass (see second from last photo).
Approximate Measurements: H 52cm / W 68cm / D 32cm
