German Bauhaus Table Lamp by Sis Licht, c. 1930/40s

For sale a stunning Sirius Schweinfurt (S.i.S-Licht) Table lamp, made in Germany, circa 1930’s/40’s.

The lamp which features a beautifully shaped brass arm and white/cream base & shade, works well and is in good vintage condition. The paintwork shows some signs of age and use and the shade has some small dinks along it’s edge (see photos for detail), though none of this reflects it’s age or detracts from the overall beauty and presence of this gorgeous Bauhaus era lamp.
