Mid-Century “Pistillino” Wall Lights by Studio Tetrarch for Valenti Luce, Italy 1960s

For sale a pair of original and iconic Mid-Century, Space Age gold “Pistillino” wall or ceiling lights designed by Studio Tetrarch for Valenti Luce, Italy and dating from the 1960s.

This Italian Modernist plastic classic consists of a centrally mounted gold-top mirror bulb surrounded by 28 reflective ball mounted arms, that not only reflect the light but throw wonderful ray-like shadows on the wall/ceiling.

The lights have marks & wear throughout, commensurate with 50+ years of age and use and the gold has faded in place, but nothing to overly detract and they still look wonderful (please see photos).
