Tapio Wirkkala “Paper Bag Vase” for Rosenthal Studio Linie, c.1970’s

For sale the iconic paper “Bag Vase” which was designed by the great Finnish glassmaker, industrial designer and artist, Tapio Wirkkala, circa 1970’s, for Rosenthal’s Studio Line range. The vase came in various sizes and forms, both in white and the more desirable unglazed brown outer with pea green glazed inner.

This lovely large example is in excellent vintage condition with no damage or significant wear and would be a super addition to any collection. Please see photos.

Measuring 23cm high (9”) and 11cm (4.5”) width at widest.
